DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONTROL UNIT

The Premium company applied to us with a request to modernize the ART-1000 apparatus, which is used in technological processes at various enterprises. The purpose of the development was to automate the process of heating pipes by providing automatic shutdown of the ART-1000 apparatus when the specified pipe temperature is reached or after the specified time has elapsed. The development was carried out according to the technical specifications of the customer and was carried out within the terms established by the contract. The control unit, developed by our specialists, includes a temperature controller with a temperature sensor and a built-in timer (thermostat), switching elements, sound and light alarms. The control unit allows to control the temperature and time of heating pipes. Upon reaching the set values, the heating turns off. Light and sound signaling informs the operator about the end of the heating process. To speed up the process of connecting the ART-1000 device, a quick-release clamp with a temperature sensor was made.
