REPAIR OF GRADIENT AMPLIFIER OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE TOMOGRAPH (MRI)

In June 2019, Samara Diagnostic Center applied to our company with a request to repair a K2259 MRT Siemens Magnetom Trio A Tim 3.0T gradient amplifier. This magnetic resonance tomograph works on the basis of using a superconducting magnet with a field strength of 3T to examine the entire human body. It is mainly focused on research and development, especially in neuroimaging, cardiology and multinuclear spectroscopy. MAGNETOM Trio A Tim System is the first 3 Tesla ultra-high field MR system equipped with revolutionary Tim technology. It is the most advanced MR system in its class in terms of speed, clinical flexibility and range of diagnostic tasks. Engineers of LLC "Premier-Electronics" a detailed diagnosis of the amplifier unit was carried out, faulty elements were identified and replaced, tests of the restored parts were carried out in the laboratory. After the amplifier has been installed in the system and the testing and calibration procedures have been completed, the three-tesla Siemens MRI "accepts" patients again.
