DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC MODULE FOR SEQUENTIAL INITIATION FOR INDUSTRIAL PUNCH MACHINE 

LLC "Premier-Electronics" has developed an electronic device (EC), which is used for sequential initiation of the electro-explosive circuit of cumulative perforators for industrial use. The development was carried out according to the specifications of the customer. The work resulted in successful well testing and serial production of the electronic key. The electronic key is part of the perforator and allows you to start and adjust the response time of several electric detonators of the perforator's explosive device. The advantage of this type of perforation system is the production of perforated disparate intervals in one trip, and the time interval between the first and subsequent signals from the explosive device is controlled by the explosive device. This perforating system with an electronic sequential initiation module (EMPI) manufactured by Premier-Electronics is currently successfully used by service companies when completing oil and gas wells.
